RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Stamps Online Co ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing quality products and service to our customers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery date
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for return through us

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@stampsonline.co
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  3. Do not ship items without prior authorization
  4. Do not return items to the manufacturer

REFUND PROCESS Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll notify you by email about the status of your refund
  • We will process your refund request within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
    • Credit/debit cards: 3 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we are found at fault

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be in "as new" condition
  • All parts and accessories must be included
  • Items damaged or missing parts due to customer handling are not eligible for return
  • Partial returns may affect refund amount
